Located at the intersection of two busy downtown streets, the Crown Mark Furniture Showroom needed an entrance that not only grabs your attention, but also makes a bold statement. The demolition of the existing lobby provided our team a blank canvas to create a contemporary entry while still tying back to the much larger existing showroom building. The new lobby consists of a two story vaulted space with clerestory windows and a roof-top gathering deck. The renovation of the building entry includes a dramatic storefront accented with multiple sun control elements that not only add to its' beauty, but also helps control the intrusion of heat and light into the newly renovated lobby. The exterior patio addition replaces an under-utilized area of the property and provides an inviting space for outdoor functions.
